The Aids Ward

The Aids Ward is a love story based on Dr. Mlachi who is working day and night to beat a supernatural deadline. He must find a cure for Aids before his brother succumbs to the dreaded scourge. Main characters
Dr. Jeffry Mlachi – A researcher on Aids, and lecturer at the University of Diambo. He is married with two children Diana and Sharon but his marriage is now in trouble due to the research. He falls in love with Nancy a nurse at Mandherich National Hospital but one of his students also falls in love with him, further complicating matters for him.
Mr. Simon Kaburi – Dr. Mlachi’s elder brother. He is an Aids patient at the Aids Ward and has written six major novels that have placed Diambolandan literature on the world map. Was married with seven children but has since lost his wife and two of those children. He is a sworn enemy of Mandherich, H.E the president of Diamboland.
Mr. Kale Mulefu – He is the Hospital Superintendent in charge of the Mandherich National Hospital and a cousin to H.E Mandherich, the president of Diamboland. He is married with two wives and eleven children but still falls in love with Nancy and will do anything to have her, including stopping the Aids research and or killing Dr. Mlachi and his loved ones.
Nancy Sopi – A nurse at the Mandherich National Hospitals Aids Ward. Agrees to give extra care to Dr. Mlachi’s ailing brother in support of the Aids research project but ends up falling in love with the researcher. She is a sister to the Archbishop of Diambo.
Florence Nduta – Dr. Mlachi’s wife of six years. She works for the Agricultural Research Institute of Diamboland. She cheats on her husband with three different men and is later found to be HIV positive. She envies Nancy the nurse and will do anything to prevent her marriage to her husband.
Maria Kekhule – A student of the University of Diambo who falls in love with Dr. Mlachi her lecturer and will do anything to stop him from marrying Nancy.

Remains of Dead Hope

Remains of Dead Hope is a novel based on a people’s fight against tyranny, human rights abuses and   corruption so rampant that it can be seen in almost anything, the story of a priest’s fight against the burden of guilt. He has betrayed his congregation and so have the leaders he has joined betrayed the people of Diamboland, a country plummeting dangerously towards forth world status. These victims of betrayal regroup to wage a war on the tyrant, yet some of his supporters are alive and kicking. It’s the story of Mojawan, a former minister, Rele and Shuma, Sons of the late freedom fighter Chamuka rising against the grand uncle Mandherich’s government. Click here to buy.












Main characters

Mojawan – A member of parliament for a constituency on the outskirts of Diambo city and a former minister in the government of Diamboland. He is detained for helping his poor constituents and taken to a mental hospital when he pretends to be mad while in detention.
H.E. Mandherich – The president of Diamboland. Has ruled the country with an iron fist for 25 years. Takes human tears everyday for breakfast and is thought to feed on human flesh. He forcefully married Purity Mandherich, a young air hostess and vows to destroy any man who wants her.
Chamuka – A freedom fighter that differed with Mandherich soon after independence. He was rigged out of elections and detained. He died in detention but his grave was later found empty prompting every Diambolandan to believe in his resurrection.
Shuma – Chamuka’s son. He is a student leader at the University of Diambo. He is shot twice and detained following a demonstration by university students.
Rele – He is Chamuka’s second born son. He is a young man who plays an important role in the fight for his people’s freedom.
